Hours are:  8am-4:30pm  Monday through Friday

Additional Hours:

Saturday October 24th     9am-3pm

Tuesday October 27th       8am-7pm

Saturday October 31st     9am-3pm

Sunday November 1st      9am-3pm

Monday November 2nd    8am-5pm

Additional Time & Location: 9am-3pm Thursday October 8th, 2026

Tuesday November 3rd we will be open for:

            Ballot Drop off until 5pm

            Agent Delivery Ballots (special paperwork required for this process) until 8pm

Voters from Clitherall, Dalton, Oscar Township, Rothsay, Urbank, and Western Township may drop off or vote in person until 8pm.

Ballots may not be dropped off at your polling location on Election Day.

There are no other Absentee Voting locations or Drop Boxes in Otter Tail County for this election.

What is the right-of-way? The right-of-way provides space for storm drainage, vehicle recovery, utilities and safe operation of the road. It is usually 33 feet each way from the center line of the road. The Township has the right and obligation to mow, trim and remove trees, brush and other obstructions within the right-of-way to ensure safety and visibility. In order to keep the right-of-way clear, it is important that property owners do the following:

• Do not install obstructions such as fences or significant landscaping within the right-of-way;
• Maintain the area by keeping the right of way clear of trees, brush, plants and crops so the Township does not have to remove these. 

The Township Board and it's road maintenance contractors appreciate residents cooperation in maintaining our right-of-ways.
